All orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS and include a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Please note that carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen factors may occasionally impact delivery times. Dilly Dally TX cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
If any items in your order are delayed due to stock availability, high order volume, or other factors, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
